I am sticking to my tracker religiously. Funny thing, but those things that I did when I came here four years ago, that worked, are working again. It takes thirty days to create a habit. It worked when I joined the summer challenge three years ago. I am still exercising because of a commitment I made back then. With my new commitment to stick to my tracker for thirty days, the scale is already moving. I have lost three pounds already. They say that the American Heart people suggest thirty minutes a day for five days a week for a healthy heart. I have struggled to get my three days a week in. I am hoping to make that a consistent thing or to increase to 45 minutes a day three days a week. I have not been real good at that in the past because of the extra time involved. I just don't have much time with two jobs and all the demands. I just changed my calender from April to May if that gives you some sense of how this month has gone. So far so good and my excitement is beginning to build. I will report back tomorrow.
