Yesterday was a rainy day and I'm still trying to figure out a good rainy day workout. However, I was sparked by the intro to exercise document here and so I did some strength training exercises. Today I am sore and I'm so happy to be sore! That means I actually worked my muscles. First time in a long time I actually did strength training. Yay!
In other news, I had two servings of dinner instead of one, and thus went over my calorie range for the day.
I'm going to blame it on the strength training.... But won't allow myself to use that excuse twice.
