I just wanted to record my stats so I know where I'm starting at.
Yesterday I bought a Polar Heart Rate Monitor and I love looking at the calories I'm burning. So here it goes today's workout:
Slim in 6 DVD 45 minutes: 312 calories
Elliptical Trainer 15 minutes: 150 calories
Total Duration 1:11
In zone 32:10
Average heart rate: 123
Maximum heart rate: 160
Wow, I've definitely got my work ahead of me to lose this weight but I'm determined to do it.
P.S. Zumba Fitness Music on Pandora definitely got me moving today.
