Back on Track- Day 6

I LOVED the Indian food last night! It was so worth every calorie... I was just so hungry for it! And I'm down to 139 this morning so it didn't hurt me. Indian food seems to be pretty compatible with my body chemistry. I'd probably be really skinny if I ate that way every day. Hmmm.... something to think about since I love it so much!
I need to figure out a way to get some exercise in today and I also need to work on my food tracker. I don't want to start slacking on that again. And I need to plan and prep for the weekend.
I had been in a rather major depression the last several months. It feels so good to finally be coming out of it! I'm enjoying my family more and my life more.
See you all soon! Also, I'll be responding to a lot of you soon. It's just been so hectic that I haven't had time but I promise I haven't forgotten about you!
