Back on Track- Day 6

Thursday, May 16, 2013

I LOVED the Indian food last night! It was so worth every calorie... I was just so hungry for it! And I'm down to 139 this morning so it didn't hurt me. Indian food seems to be pretty compatible with my body chemistry. I'd probably be really skinny if I ate that way every day. Hmmm.... something to think about since I love it so much!

I need to figure out a way to get some exercise in today and I also need to work on my food tracker. I don't want to start slacking on that again. And I need to plan and prep for the weekend.

I had been in a rather major depression the last several months. It feels so good to finally be coming out of it! I'm enjoying my family more and my life more.

See you all soon! Also, I'll be responding to a lot of you soon. It's just been so hectic that I haven't had time but I promise I haven't forgotten about you!

I don't know about that Indian food diet? I know a lot of people from India who could stand to lose a few pounds! Most of the ones I know who are thin exercise constantly.

Glad you are feeling better. Yum! Indian food is great. All the veggies. Do you prepare it at home or eat out? If you make it at home you can watch the sodium, etc.

Have a great day. emoticon

Why is it that exercise seems to chase away depression. I think it might be the endorphins.

Make Today a Great Day!
