Allergies are not fun but they aren't about to stop me!

Thursday, May 16, 2013

Tomorrow I'm going to the doctor for a sinus infection ans severe allergies. My eyes are so swollen I can barely see what I'm typing. The allergy / sinus infection combo is giving me constant headaches which are turning into migraines almost everyday. Plus I'm coughing up yellow stuff because nothing will come out of my nose. The pressure in my head is killer especially behind my eyes. And I'm dizzy all the time. My head feels like its the size of a watermelon lol. I'm still going to exercise. Come hell or high water I'm going to exercise. It would just help if I could see a little better emoticon . I'm trying very hard to stay positive through this. It's hard but I'm not going to fall into a puddle of self pity. Instead I'm going to take me meds try to eat more than yesterday, exercise till my Odyssey says "NO ",
and just get on with it. I'm going to follow a quote I found on here : " You get one shot at life. Grab it and take control of your destiny today! " And that's exactly what I plan to do. However if anyone has any home remedies to depuff eyes I would LOVE to know about them. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have heard to put spoons in the freezer and then put them on your eyes, Not sure if that will work with allergies or not, but it can't hurt to try!
