Day #322 - Day #10 Food tracking - Doing well - positive weigh-in

Workout yesterday 45 minutes elliptical - rested from weight training
Tracked my food was awful yesterday. I missed breakfast as I had dental appointment which was to get 4 fillings. So my entire mouth was numb until around lunch time. I did manage to eat my healthy lunch but blew it later by eating hamburgers from mcDs and chocolate chip cookies. Truthfully - mindless choice. But that was yesterday and I will do better today.

That threw me off from blogging as well as I got into work late and I totally forgot last night. So here I am today. I tried to workout at home on Tuesday before church. I do realize that I'm not motivated at all to attempt an indoor workout at home. I tried to C25K but only made it about 10 minutes in and the BOREDOM was over the top!!! So I did a little interval strength training with lunges and squats from one set of weights to the next. But that's all I could muster up.

So I've decided that until my motivation is better I will not attempt to go home and workout unless I'm hitting the streets for an outdoor wog. Today is my home training day but I'm going to stop at a local park and do my wogging. I noticed yesterday as I passed that it looks like they've installed some workout stations so I'll see today. Definitely will muster up some mojo by then.

So...that's about it for today. Like I've said before I'm feeling better about my journey and do believe that I'm evolving. I realize I have to change my workout and push myself. I realize that my food intake is more important at this age/point in my life than before. And I do realize that I can make some great changes in the 40 odd days I have left to reach my year.

Oh yeah I weighed this morning and I'm down about a pound (.09) and I'm .09 from my tickler weight, which was my lowest thus far this year. Okay a goal to shoot for next week is to change that tickler to a new number. I only change if it gets lower. Or I gain so much I need to see it to make me move. So I need to lose 1 pound or more to change that.
