Day 3 - YAY

Yesterday was really good in my opinion. I drank a lot of water, I made good choices without making into a huge deal. My school serves the kids breakfast (very unhealthy breakfast because we are limited by our location) and I was eating breakfast at home, then eating again at school. Yesterday was pancakes.... they fry them in so much oil they are so yummy! BUT I didn't eat any. I had a toast with peanut butter and banana for breakfast so I didn't need anything else. By lunch I was starving but I figure my body will eventually get used to not having the second breakfast.
I really want to follow the spark solution but because of limited ingredients I have to substitute so much that I'm no where near following it. I've decided that I'm going to wait until I am in the city to do the two weeks and then that will help me make good choices the rest of the summer and when I return here. For now I'm going to stick with continuing my small changes. I also need to charge my FitBit so I can keep track of my steps again. That way on my days off I can focus on going for a walk in the school or doing something active.
