A new way to exercise

I made my own exercise routine this morning.

Had thee radio on, the tv yoga program and my computer's spark video with Coach Nicole.

I focused on one set of exercise and then another from a different source. Then I did something from my morning routine.

Been away from exercising since April 1--April Fool's day
