Coach asks to decide if our exercise program is too big too small or just right. At the moment i am following Diabetes 8 week challenge along with Leslie sansone exercise book plan. I am using both because neither exactly fits me now. The book increases exercise and includes 2 rest or unstructured days always sunday and the second moves through the week. I need the diabetes challenge because of the focus on strenth training which is not as strong in the book . Today is weigh in again hope I did as well this week as last but I think this will not be the same and it couldn't be every week any ways. I have promised myself a reward of a new dress from Dress Barn when I lose 5 lbs from last week as I had bought a dress for daughter s grad and saw several that I would enjoy buying and I have not been getting new clothes for some time now. So a non food reward better tracking and acountability along with mixing up the exercise is the plan. And yes I could get obsessed I tend to have manias like Mr Toad of Wind in the Willows but this is at least a healthy mania emoticon thank you spark friends for your support
