So, I am bound and determined to make myself a priority and the healthy eating habits. What I am struggling with is coming up with only one goal at a time and sticking to it. I feel all over the board then with all of the other to do's, keeping house in order for showings, working with my checklist from the stager I had come in, working with the attorney, oh yeah, and the regular job, I am feeling a bit overwhelmed and finding myself forgetting what my goal I had set even was.
I need to simplify. Today my goal will be to just eat 3 simple meals and one snack. One foot in front of the other.
Tomorrow, I will look back at my blog and reflect on how I did.
