Good Morning All.

Well that holiday was bliss - and much needed. Not so much the break, but the quality time we had as a family. PalmNova was beautiful and plenty of walking was done. I maintained my weight even drinkng full fat coke, and alcohol, and not touching the salad bar once.

The highlight of my week was when a waitress asked if I was pregnant... NOT!! I happened to feel good before that! haha she was more mortified than me though so thats ok.

Son spent as much time as we allowed in the pool, spent other times playing with his cars and one point took his nappy off and ran around starkers. Think another try with the potty is in order.

We got home late sunday, so monday was a no go day in terms of food until i had been shopping. As you can see by my tracker (I think they're public?) I have stuck to my calories since Tuesday. Hubby brought KFC home on tuesday - I didnt touch it. He ordered a garlic bread for with my home made spag bol, I didnt touch it.

Ive also got to say a HUGE congrats to my mum (not that shes on here to see it) - She started Slimming World while I was away and has been exceedingly determined... shes lost 5&1/2lbs in her 1st week. Im so proud of her!!

Andy said we can change my meds in order to try for a baby - they will take 6-12 months to settle (and get the right balance) so that gives me a minimum of 6 months to lose this weight. I go away again in 13 weeks (BIG family holiday, thankfully with my side not my in laws) and I want a minimum of a stone an half off. It is realistic. Its less than 2lb a week. Insanity starts on monday, needed this week to get all my washing done!

Hope youve all had a fab week, and are having a fab week this week.

TTFN Danielle xx
