Well I am at home with a cold, and trying hard to stay on track again!
Talk about yo yoing! Last week I managed to row 5kms on the rowing machine 3 times. Did lots of stretching.
Then I had a conference to go to in the city. Not a lot of exercising going on except I did do the stairs rather than the escalator. Walked a lot to and from the train station.
Then all the chocolate from Mother's day last Sunday.
finished it last night. So now back on the straight and narrow and eating healthy food.
Exercise is off until this cold gets better. So as the saying goes 1 step forward 2 steps back or 2 steps forward and 1 step back.
How did you all go with the "extras" on Mother's day?
Hope you all had a great day. We had a full on day with my 89 year old MIL, my SIL and other family members. Making the most of the time we have with the people who are still with us now. My first Mother's day with my own mother no longer with us.
