I am on holiday in less than a week and having put a little back on recently, I finally have taken myself in hand and got on with planning, eating healthier and tracking.
Good news is I have lost a round a kilogram when I've weighed this morning. It doesn't sound much but it really makes a difference to tip just under that barrier again. I'm off to do a special taekwondo 2 hour seminar tonight headed up by an American celebrity, so maybe I can knock off a little more too.
I'm hoping for to lose another or even better 1.5 kg by the time I arrive on my hols this time next week. I have my fingers crossed.
