Sourdough for dinner.

Stupid soda machine at work was out of diet coke.
Which is terrible for me, but at least has no calories. Which, I always used to wonder how that is possible since it's obviously made of something. Like pickles! Pickles have no calories. WTF?

Worked out yesterday and the day before but today was one of those weird 11-7 shifts which kind of takes the whole important part of the day away.

Painted a bit.

Tomorrow I'm going to do at least 30 minutes bringing it up to 90 minutes for the week so far. I think if I actually logged my food better throughout the day I'd have a better chance of not just randomly eating, say, 2 pieces of sourdough bread for dinner instead of something a little healthier.
Or I could just buy some bigger pants.

I think it'd be nice if I had an app of some kind, sometimes, except my phone is kind of not good.

    Logging in EVERY thing that goes into your mouth will make a big difference as far as success goes....

I know this from my own experience.

Oh, a couple scrambled eggs (maybe with some veggies tossed in, too) added to your sourdough bread would make that an excellent, balanced, filling, and sustaining meal. Unless you're a vegan, eggs are da bomb!
