So, I am so proud of myself! Tracking what I eat, and being motivated to work out has been so amazing for the way I feel. I am better at organizing my time, and I just feel overall better. Body pump at 24 hour was way easier today, and I got a great workout. I went to a dinner party last night, and I definitely let myself have some guac and chips, but that made me not starving for dinner, so I didnt go crazy. Dessert of course...:) My goal is to make it to two weeks!! That will be next monday... I can do it!
