* Knees better today.
* Legs better today.
* Back better today.
* Calories near enough to range.
* Got to the YMCA. Increased my recumbent time to 40 minutes, but am still easing up on speed. Did increase load, however.
* Weight was up, again, this morning.
* The Internet is a glorious thing for kids if they have the right training and oversight. What they learn and will able to do will exceed prior generations by a wide margin.
