Today is the second day I used 5 pound weights on my two mile walk. It definitely got my heart rate up and I was panting, so I at least feel as if I'm doing more. I decided not to do the strength training today as I know I am supposed to give myself a day of rest before going back to it. That's fine by me, as I am a tiny bit sore.
Meals were fine, I stayed at the lower end of my calorie limit.
