Day 3 of 30 days to Fit

Well have been on my program for 3 days and am doing good. Not easy but doing. Most of my problem is with my insulin reaction to cutting out the sugar. Until I get my low blood sugar back to normal I have severe headaches and the shakes. Over the worst of it now. My focus has been just to get used to eating smaller amounts, no processed foods, removing the gluten from my diet and no sugar. Next week I am hoping to add exercise back on a daily basis. Thought it best to wait on that till my bloodsugar is more stable. Than my plans are to give up all artificial sweeteners. I decreased my amount of diet colas this week but still having some. The headaches are a big problem when I cut out the diet drinks so this must be done slowly. My husband is also on the program so it helps that I am not having to cook a lot of foods I can't eat.
