Today was better. Busy! But better. Thank you EVERYONE that responded to my last blog entry! I was really having a down day and it helps so much to know that people care.

Dermo went late (of course), but I already see a difference in my skin (Steroids are great!) Overslept, so I had to grab breakfast in between errands today (Bagel and a skinny biggby drink- my guilty pleasure!) After that, had toast and jam, then pasta for dinner! I really didn't feel like heavy-duty cooking today, but I think I made decent choices for today.

    Many of us want to live on carbs. I'm one of those for sure. But gradually I've tried to substitute veggies and fruit for all the goodies and bread. Hope your day today goes well! emoticon emoticon emoticon
