Psalm 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
I am so glad I have the LORD to guide me. Otherwise, I would just mess up all the time. He has helped me to get back on board with healthy living. I am still in a position to be limited with the severe back problems I have. I ask the LORD to help me to do beyond my expectations. HE has done this for me. I worked on my house all day yesterday. I did suffer last night. I still glory in the LORD even though I suffer. HE blesses me to be able to try. My husband pitched in and helped me. I am thankful for my husband. I did take breaks and did eat when I was suppose to. I just sat and enjoyed my clean house last night and some of today. Today, was so hot. It hit 89 degrees. I made sure my garden was watered. Cut some more lettuce. I fed my compost with a homemade compost tonic. It is suppose to speed up the decomposition. This is the second time I have put it in the compost box. I started turning the compost with a rake and low and behold it has start making rich compost from the first time I put the tonic in it. My roses are bursting out all over the place. They are fuller with blooms. I worked in my garden for an hour. I had to stop, because the heat was getting to me. I sat under the patio tent and drank a cold bottle of water with hubbie. He was sitting out there all ready reading the sales paper. lol
Tomorrow, I will get an earlier start in the garden. I want to hoe and dig around the plants and water them again. Tomorrow is suppose to be just as hot. I will do laundry to keep moving after I come in. We have some errands to run, too. I am packing my lunch to make sure I eat what I am suppose to. I will take water, too. I am going to try and get my walk in while in Walmart. No stopping until I get at least 30 minutes of walking in, then I can look and shop. I hope to get in some stretches and therapeutic exercise tomorrow as well. I am full of joy! The devil tries to knock me down and the LORD picks me right back up and set me on my path. LORD thank YOU for YOUR loving kindness and mercy. Than YOU for always giving me strength each day. I love YOU and depend on YOUR help.
Job 4:4 THY words have upholden him that was falling, and THOU hast strengthened the feeble knees. Amen!
