140 squats done for my squat challenge! Hubby started doing them tonight & started at 140! He has strong legs! Going to take my catalyst so hopefully my muscles won't ache tomorrow. ;)
No walk today, but I will take one tomorrow.
Calories were over today...I'm a little stressed about the unknowns with Riley's job. They still haven't told us anything yet. He is being very proactive though and already job hunting. He has another interview on Monday. Anyway, tomorrow will be better since we went grocery shopping and have fresh produce again. That's why it's important that I get my jog/walk in, so I don't stress eat! :)
