so with an extremely sprained ankle my half marathon training got derailed, but I still was able to do it, it took 3:12, which was longer than my goal, but I finished. then looking at the pictures taken I saw this heavy girl I didn't recognize. we know when we are off the beaten path but a crazy few weeks had taken me to a while different mind set. so like everything we see a problem, we fix it, so I have decided to test my portion mind by following the spark menu for a month. it had been good so far, I do have to make separate meal plans for the family but right now it is about me.
