Quick update

Walked the dog 11.6 miles today. It was a very windy day, and I thought he might take flight! Also did 2 SP videos. I decided not to fight the laziness this week, and see how many calories I burn just walking the dog and doing a little light ST at home. Of course my idea of being lazy just means I am not walking a marathon or running for miles or lifting weights to exhaustion. I am still averaging over 10 miles a day of walking. A lot of people know I have been on a fitness streak for over 600 days now. It will be 2 years on Sept 20th... I think on Sept 21st I am going to do very, very little. I will still have to walk the dog though, so who knows?
