Someone posted how she went to a restuarant and had a blt that was not good- white lettuce, 1 tomato slice and "wheat" bread (their quote not mine). Then she went home and made a homemade one.
Today i was inspired to make my own. i used spinach instead of lettuce. and i but egg in mine. so it was a BETS not blt but it was good and the whole grain bread is about 40% of my daily fiber.
