Wow, has it only been 3 days. I feel like I've been doing this for awhile and it feels great. Already my energy levels have improved which is huge for me because of some health problems I've had. Plus I was able to do 30 minutes on the treadmill today at a faster pace than I normally do and I didn't get winded or have any pain. Again, this is huge for me.
I got my camera back this afternoon but didn't take any pictures today. I'll have to start again tomorrow.
Had a great egg, spinach and feta wrap for breakfast, a chicken ceasar salad for lunch and an inside-out burger for dinner with some yummy oven fries. For snack today I had a berry cobbler with fresh blackberries. (Well, fresh from the supermarket. It will be a few months before they are fresh from my backyard.)
So far all the meals have been very filling and very tasty. This is an eating plan I could live with for life.
I did have a headache for the first couple days, but today has been headache free. Not sure if it had anything to do with the eating plan or if it's because my stress level is better today.
Heading to bed early tonight. It's raining out and I have a skylight over my bed. I love falling asleep with the rain beating against the skylight.
