i was plannnning to wait a week to review the fit bit haha...but i couldnt wait!!!
i love it!!!!
i totally feel like having it has inspired me to squeeze extra activity into my day. i havent done a full workout with the fitbit on yet (just did a bunch of jumping jacks/butt kicks/squats today), but i am so curious to see how many calories i burn what i do the 30 day shred or p90x! (i am exhausted after a 10 hr work day...giving myself the night off!!!).
i like that it tells you how many calories to eat based on activity -- however, it is suggesting a lot more calories than i usually eat (and i barely even worked out today...) so i am nervous to use the suggestion...
my goal for my first day was 10 flights of stairs and 10,000 steps -- currently at 21 flights of stairs and 10,521 steps so i hit both of my targets! i am definitely planning to burn more calories tomorrow when i have more energy.
im going to try the sleep function tonight, but i cant figure out how to set the alarm -- anyone know??
oh, also -- vanity issue haha -- any ladies know how to wear this without having it look like you have a weird third boob??
long story short, i love it so far! cant wait to see if this helps with my weight loss. also, props to sparkpeople for setting it up to sync automatically, AWESOME feature!!!
and a picture of my dinner to end the blog :) 1 serving of grilled tilapia, lots and lots of spring mix lettuce, 1/8 cup of corn, 1/4 cup of kidney beans, 2 tbsp of bolthouse yogurt dressing...yummmmm
