I had the day off and stayed home. I love Wednesdays....
I had a huge breakfast: coffee w/ Silk, roasted sweet potato and a big whole grain wrap w/ veg-tofu scramble, 1/2 of a Tofurkey 'sausage', and avocado.
Then my daily green smoothie; today's was pineapple, mango, orange juice, dates and spinach.
Felt a little peckish in the afternoon so I had 1/4 cup of this raw trail mix.
Had a huge salad for dinner and discovered that I love giant lima beans in salad.
For dessert we had berries and pineapple w/ a drizzle of maple syrup.
EXERCISE: 60 min. upper body strength training + 100 weighted crunches
20 min. yoga
