High Knees with arms straight out
Switch Kicks
Hit the floor
Floor Hops Side-to-Side

Yoga Stretch

Pedal (Sprint then 4 Explosive Jumps)
4 Ski Jumps, 4 Push-up Jacks, 4 In & Out, 4 Oblique Pushups
Power Strike
Frog Jumps = 20, 20, 15
3rd Round add Football Runs Right, then Left, then 4 Cross Jacks

4 Hooks, 4 Jump Tucks
High Knees Twist
High Low Jab Squats
Floor Switch Kicks
3rd Round add 123 Cross Jab

Last Round 3x:
Side Suicide Jumps
Squat Hooks
Full Body Drill
Plank Punches
