Quick check in - 15 days into maintenance
So I started off this month at 178.8 which was higher than my ideal weight range of 172-177
I had already set out some high expectations for exercise and was doing pretty well until this week
PT 24/7 with Billy Blanks are get done in the morning before work. I had to stop my upper body workouts in the morning because my arms were too fatigued to finish the PT workouts. I had been doing 3 nights of circuit training videos but this week I have not done 1
Instead I have been cleaning my house this week- I am having a huge gathering of family and friends next week and my house needs a REAL cleaning. So I have started cleaning a little each night after work.
I weighed in last week at 176
so I am doing pretty good managing workouts. food and life outside of weight loss mode.
The rest of the month will be pretty busy
5/18 I am doing a 5K Scavenger Hunt sponsored by Philly Challenge
5/22 My son's 10th birthday
5/25 Family & Friend Cook-out
Before the end of the month I also plan to take a Bakrum Yoga class and the family is scheduled to take a Rock climbing class!
