So the last few weeks I've been really concentrating and focusing my energies into busting this nearly 4 month plateau. I've started an exercise streak, increased my fruits and veggie consumption, and consistently drank my water. This all seems to have paid off because I have begun losing again! I've broken into the 170s and have renewed faith in this process. I'm excited to keep up these streaks and reach new goals!
