Spinning the morning away

21.1 before school

Had all intentions to head to SWEAT and then I just didn't. I texted my partner to find out what I missed and she said nothing exciting some pull ups, inverted push ups and olympic lunges. I can do those here minus the olympic bar for lunges but I do have a KB. So to the garage I will go to practice pull ups, and the rest I can do when I feel like this evening.
Some times relaxing trumps a hard workout. I find that I struggle with heading to SWEAT in the evenings just because the workout is so intense. After being around kids all day sometimes I just wanna relax:) My body goes through enough stress throughout the day.

Time to refocus?? Only three Wednesdays left and then I can work out in the AM all the time. That doesn't sound so bad. Maybe I can use my KB those next couple Wednesdays instead of going back to the gym for SWEAT. If nothing else at least I did some really killer intervals on the bike this AM, which could be another reason I just don't feel like doing anything else. Part of me also knows that if I was able to go to SWEAT in the AM I would have gone after spin. Sounds like a first world problem to me:)
