So....Let me warn you that this is a small vent. I usually don't complain, but today is an exception.
I hate when people address their new bosses with issues which they've created or are a part of to try to sway the boss into taking their sides or who have hidden agendas. For example, a colleague informed a new boss about something they DID which was NOT true. This ticks me off because I know what hard work I (yes, me) put into the work.
C'mon now! If the new boss believes this, it appears that others are not doing their job. I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM with this!!!
I don't expect extra kudos for what I have been assigned to do, but I don't lie and act as if I didn't do MY job. I frequently went above and beyond and did MY job...
FUMIGATING right now!!!!
Note to self: Have a sit down with new boss...effective immediately!
I HATE work-related issues!
