emoticon STORM FRONT MOVING IN and just when I bought another cord to run my ELECTRIC lawn mower having run over my last one...I REFUSE to give up... emoticon
Since I don't even have the metabolism of a carrot, maybe a jolt of electricity will help emoticon I am study hypothyroidism...the TSH test the doctors give is worthless...I am finding out that we are short of iodine...they used to put it in our breads and milk...now they bromate everything....sooooooooo....am trying ALTERNATIVE stuff.....I just hate fighting with the doctors...they have the knives and the needles and the drugs and can corner you...so by and large i don't go...my only exception is when and if I get run over by a chip truck. emoticon

You & me both. My thyroid numbers are in the normal range but I have the same symptoms as my mom who was hyperthyroid. Please be careful with that lawn mower! emoticon emoticon

    Good luck with the storm!

And if I remember correctly, sea salt has more iodine than regular salt. Also seaweed, if you like sushi or miso soup or dashi or any of those wonderful Japanese foods. Or just kelp tablets.

Thyroid problems are awful. The TSH testing does not seem to actually flag problems. Good luck; take care. emoticon

Sorry to hear. Doctors can be tough to deal with if they have trouble diagnosing the underlying issue.

We were supposed to have a front come through and give us rain....it totally missed us....ggggrrrr I need to get out and cut our grass this weekend. It's supposed to be in the 90's for the next few days.

Sometimes I wonder if doctors really have our best interest at heart....or if they're getting some sort of cutback from all these drug companies.
