Back on Track- Day 5

Wednesday, May 15, 2013

I was 140 again this morning but today I do feel bloated. It's that time of month so I'm not too worried about it. Plus, I seem to have a hard time adjusting to switching back and forth from dayshift to nightshift. It's probably going to be hectic for awhile.

I'm a little bit hungrier today than usual. Probably the hormones. I'll likely be a little up on the scale tomorrow also because while my husband is out of town on business, I'm taking my daughters to an Indian restaurant tonight. They have lots of Vegan options, but I'm sure there will be extra sodium and such. My husband won't eat Indian food and I've been really craving it lately.

See ya tomorrow!

I have found that when I am feeling extra hungry, it's because I'm low on my carbs. Eating extra fruit seems to help.

Hope you enjoy your Indian food. It's all too spicy for me.

I'm PMSing hardcore right now, and all I want is salt. Weird, cause I'm probably retaining water like nobody's business anyways. Salt, salt, and more salt. UGH!

Oh boy, I love Indian food, too! But I haven't eaten it in 8 years. My husband hates it, and it is too rich for me because of my bad gallbladder.

I miss lentils... but they are highly reactive to my system. :(
