No Weigh In May Update

Well, I started the no weigh in May on the 2nd. I weighed myself on Saturday May 11th & I was kind of disappointed but not truly. I was weighing myself 2-3 times a day since January & I was focusing too much on the number. It gets stressful.....& when I stress I want chocolate.
So, now I won't be weighing myslef until June is still tempting....but I'm getting better at seeing how I feel ( not focusing on the number). Like everything else this is a process....some days will be great & some days won't. I have to stop beating myself up.....& do the best that I can. Make good choices & maintain my goal weight.

    Been there but not 3x a day! At first it was every morning then once a week. I got so stressed out that I ended up giving away both of my scales. Yes, a digital one and dial because I felt (in my mind) they both were liars!

Point is, the digital one needed a new battery and the dial one just did not work for me. It was pure insanity because we will NOT lose weight all the time but inches instead on some days/weeks/months so even when the scale does not move...INCHES do!

I weigh-in every 3wks and allow my clothes and agility to determine how healthy I am! I am not suggesting throwing or giving away your scales...but I do understand how mentally damaging they are!!!

Stay positive...Stay determined...Stay on TRACK!!!
