Well, I started the no weigh in May on the 2nd. I weighed myself on Saturday May 11th & I was kind of disappointed but not truly. I was weighing myself 2-3 times a day since January & I was focusing too much on the number. It gets stressful.....& when I stress I want chocolate.
So, now I won't be weighing myslef until June 2nd......it is still tempting....but I'm getting better at seeing how I feel ( not focusing on the number). Like everything else this is a process....some days will be great & some days won't. I have to stop beating myself up.....& do the best that I can. Make good choices & maintain my goal weight.
