I know, I has been a really long time since I have even logged in. I just got super caught up in day to day life and decided to focus in on other things for a while. But I have missed this place so much and I have to be honest, I was WAY more accountable when I was active here. So I am baaaaaack!
So much has happened and changed that I almost don't know where to start.....
So I will just pick up where things have been this last month or two and move on from there. The last 8 weeks or so have been really crazy. My sisters husband was in a car accident that almost killed him. He was in a coma for about a month and has recently woken up, but it will obviously be a very long recovery. With that going on, my mom and I have tried to help her as much as possible with her 3 kids since she is spending so much time at the hospital with him. It has meant that my mom is spending a week here at my sisters house and then a week back home in Oklahoma and it is really starting to take a toll on her. I am ready to tell my sister that although I completely understand how hard all of this has been on her and I know she needs help right now, she has to remember that our mothers health is not as good as ours and she can't handle wearing herself out to the point of exhaustion. And she is....
My brother and his wife also had a baby about a month ago and that was really exciting. They are at odds with the entire family except for me right now though, so I am the only one who has seen her and that is heartbreaking.
I really don't want to dwell on that right now though.

We also moved into a new house about two weeks ago so I have had packing and everything else going on at the same time. So let's just say that any possible exercise schedule got completely thrown out the window these last two months. But I did buy a really nice treadmill just before all this happened and I used it for about 3 weeks and since then it has honestly been sitting there collecting dust. So it is time to get that bad boy back in action. Even my kids love getting on it for 20 minutes in the evening before dinner. I did do a 5k for my birthday though and I was really proud of myself for that.

My eating habits have improved slightly since I was really being active on the site. I have pretty much gone vegetarian and it has been really nice. Before that I was just eating anything and everything and I was really starting to feel sluggish and gross and I gained about 10 lbs back. In the last month I have given up meat and most dairy and even without working out I have lost 8 lbs of the 10 and I feel really good and energetic. I am excited to keep going with it and see how things work out. Of course, dear boyfriend went vegan and he is at the lowest weight I have ever known him to be since we met. Darn boys! I am really proud of him though. He has really changed his life as far as food is concerned and it is inspiring. I am grateful to have someone like that in my life that helps me and makes me want to continue on a path to being the healthiest version of myself that I can be.

Gotta get back to work now, but I will be back and I will fill you guys in some more on everything that has happened since I have been gone. I have missed everyone so much!!!
