Exercise

I usually do my treadmill workout before breakfast. I have been doing twent minutes. this morning I ate first. I also had taken my shot before walking. I had to cut my walking short by five minutes. My legs were cramping. I guess for me it'll have to be exercise before eating. I feel much better that way.
