May 15, 2013: Today I am happy that I have started this journey with SP. The weight is coming off slow, but I will not quit. So far, I have lost almost 9 pounds in 3 months since joining the program. As of this writing, my pants are really telling the story because they are now baggy on me, but that is ok and is a really good thing! I have consistently tracked my food and fitness every single day and this really helps me to stay focused and realize what I am eating. I think this is the most important tool to use. Also Spark Coach is great. I can email them with my concerns and they provide solutions for my issue and logging in every day to Spark Coach, I have gotten some great tips and important information to help me stay focused. My weakness is strength training. I do try to walk every day but have to get better doing other exercises which I know will boost the weight loss.

  Just think of how much stronger you will feel one month after you start weight training. Congrats on your weight loss. emoticon
