Yesterday I stayed within my nutritional ranges, strength trained & got in 26000 steps.
Today I plan on training for a 5k at the track after work & eating within my ranges.
PS I'm down 1 lb! Today I got in 27477 steps, did 10 flights of stairs, & ate within my nutritional range. I'm going to bed early.
One more thing. My husband brought home my favorite cookies and I chose not to eat them!
