Interesting side benifit regarding my fitness and weight loss journey. I now have a life and am finding it difficult doing all the documentation regarding the journey.
I feel better than I have in years, I still have stiffness and pain but have found out the exercising, particularly Tai Chi has helped ease it some. I am rarely hungry, in fact I have to remind myself to eat!!! This is particularly important because I take insulin.
I have had some bad experiences along the way, formerly I would turn to my comfort foods but instead I do something positive that makes me feel great about my self. If I can do it, you can do it.
Here is what I will look like when I am at maintenance! It is My head from my 70's birthday grafted on to Elizabeth Taylor's body. She has always been a hero of mine, not her lifestyle (didn't like that)
, but the fact she has "material things and wealth" but still had a weight problem, just like us "normal folks"
