Well, today I am down 0.4#. For some reason I thought for sure I was going to be up since I lost the last 2 weeks in a row but I am not! YAY. Today also starts the day that I begin Shredding. (Shred the Revolutionary Diet). So I have read the first few chapters and will follow the recommended meal plan laid out in the book. I created a spreadsheet and planned my meals for the entire week and will do this for the next 6 weeks and maybe beyond. My cousin and his wife are currently on week 3 and are really seeing results!
I revised my goals and program and have updated my sparkpage with them. I am keeping a journal for the Shred diet.
