So I'm in this class at the YMCA, named above. Last night we had a briefing by a dietician. OH, I'd heard it all before but hey, if it works. She pretty much described the Sonoma or Mediterranean diet. Eat more protein, fruits and veggies. So today is day one all over again.
Oh, and she also says, track your food. DUH! I hate doing that but there are only 6 more weeks of this and so I can do this. And exercise and more exercise. Yes, I can.
