I finished the Plateau Busters series yesterday and I did post a new low weight, so I guess that's sure something. I like the separate check in for quality of food eaten versus tracking accurately. And I liked not worrying about forgetting the daily challenge. So I'll probably repeat this program.
Spark Solution and Spark Coach have quite a bit in common as far as I can tell from day 3. Spark Solution is more comprehensive and concentrated. Some of it will be familiar if you've been through all the Spark Coach series, but a lot of it is new. A lot of the Metabolic Makeover is contained in the discussion of each meal. So the shopping list makes a lot more sense now.
They are running you through a couple dozen healthy options (and permissable indulgences) to teach you how to think about food. It's a great way to do it. As they go, they compare similar "normal" foods to show where the protein, fiber, sodium, healthy fat etc. are different. So like I speculated, you can learn in two weeks what took me six. I tracked my "normal choices" for a few weeks, then started seeing patterns and making changes. I'm still learning. And I'm really wishing I had the stuff to make some of these things. Breakfast cookies?
