Soo..I don't want to focus so much on numbers right now. Not my weight, not how many days ive been doing "good"....I just want to take it one day at a time. I realism one of my problems is that I hyper focus on the details and if it's not "perfect" I give up. I don't want to give up anymore, I just want to do my best every day, even if my best once in a while is not so great. Today I weighed in at TOPS, I am UP two and half pounds. But not for long! I don't want to think about the numbers or Ill feel defeated, I will focus on today! Along with making healthy choices I also worked a long day on my feet (no sitting :(., cleaned the house, laundry, dinner, prepped for tomorrow, played with and read to my sweet boys, and fit in a shower!
Exercise: 30 minute run/walk, this was an accomplishment for me because I had to wait until my husband got home at almost ten o clock at night and my feet hurt sooooo bad, but I still did it and feel great!

I wasn't perfect, but I'm proud of saying no to junk food and not overeating.
