Doing what needs to be done, the scale is just not budging!
I wanted to see what would happen if I just exercised 30 minutes a day, a little strength, and stayed in my cal/nutrient ranges...now I know...I maintain.
This is better than gaining, for sure, but it looks like I'm going to have to make more of an effort with cardio and strength.
I don't want to alter the food because what I'm eating is making me feel healthier and it's working out well with my crazy work schedule. I do have a freebie day coming (usually 1 per month) but I'm so frustrated that I just can't give myself the permission for that yet. My B-day is the beginning of June...cake sounds good!
So the focus these next 2 weeks is going to shift to interval cardio, and we'll see what happens with that. I also feel like I need to focus a bit more on core and form with the strength training. I wish I had a huge mirror in my living room. Hmmm...a Feng shui thing maybe?
