Finally - Math I can understand........

fruits + nuts + a whole grain = feeling full longer emoticon

With this simple equation, your blood sugar increases in a steady, gradual way that keeps you feeling full longer. Foods containing fiber often raise blood sugar more slowly. Fiber is not digested by our gastrointestinal system, so it passes through, aiding digestion and contributing to feelings of fullness.

This is math that I CAN DO!!!!!! emoticon

High fiber foods such as fruits and vegetables are nutrient dense and feed your body. Processed foods lacking nutrients just fill your tummy buy don't feed your body.
