Finally - Math I can understand........
fruits + nuts + a whole grain = feeling full longer
With this simple equation, your blood sugar increases in a steady, gradual way that keeps you feeling full longer. Foods containing fiber often raise blood sugar more slowly. Fiber is not digested by our gastrointestinal system, so it passes through, aiding digestion and contributing to feelings of fullness.
