I'm gaining ground by losing the pounds little by little. This morning I stepped on the scale and I was down 1 pound!
I would like it to come off faster but I will take it.
I have gained in many other ways (but not in pounds) thank God.
My fasting blood sugars are way down, my blood pressure is way down, and my energy level is way up! When I started SP I thought that getting 10,000 steps in was like walking to the moon and now it's a piece of cake! (oops! sorry!)
I have increased my cardio time and I am even feeling a bit more toned!
So I guess gaining and losing both have their perks. It all depends on how you look at things. So take fresh look and Keep Sparking!
