First, I ate more last night, an apple and peanut butter and then a banana. My legs ached, and I turned to food for comfort. I didn't sleep well, and then overslept so no gym. My boss wanted us to go out for lunch so I figured I would make good choices, but have to eat off plan. My road trip meant that I didn't get any NEAT, or much water. I thought lunch was going to be Indian food, and I planned on a vegetable curry but it turned out to be deli food. I choose a chef salad with a vinaigrette. Then My work out plans bombed, as it was my son's last track meet and he really wanted me to watch so no gym. Dinner was the chicken enchiladas, which two of the three kids wouldn't eat. I'm finding that I have lots of leftovers. After dinner, I am sparking and then bed. Tomorrow will be better because I can walk back and forth to work and to lunch, and I can come home at lunch and make my salad. I'm going to try and do the strength training in the morning, and cardio at the gym after work. It's close to summer, and after school track and religious education is over for the school year so I don't have children to deliver and places to be.
Today was a challenge because I wasn't able to focus exclusively on the diet plan. I did the best I could with the various obstacles. I ate within my calorie range, and don't have the urge to eat.
