I am starting a weight loss challenge tomorrow. Hopefully this will go well for me. The last couple of times i have done weight loss challenges i have made lists of stuff i can't have and how much i wanna exercise and all that stuff. However i never seem to stick to that stuff. So this time i have made a list of habits i would like to form. Every week I am going to take time to review the past week and make a list of good things i did, things I am ok that i have done and things i am disappointment that i did.
