I love, love, love having a garden! There has been so much lettuce this spring and now I'm starting to get tomatoes and green onions. I have been making my lunches ahead of time so I can just grab them and go without being tempted to eat something more "convenient". I usually slice up some turkey or ham for added protein and maybe a hard boiled egg. I feel like I'm doing something very special for my changing body by feeding it wonderful nutrient rich greens straight from my backyard!
